Launched on October 2, 2020, the 2020 LATAM Senior Leadership Summit program, hosted by IPADE in partnership with seven of the most important business schools in Latin America, is focused on: 1. Enriching participant’s understanding of emerging local, regional, and global trends and their consequences for the business world and 2. Establishing a space to reflect on and explore best practices and to encourage the exchange of ideas and experiences among executives.
A total of 43 business leaders from 12 Latin American countries, as well as 19 professors, lecturers, and thought leaders, will participate in the 2020 edition of the program, including IPADE Faculty Felipe González and Maciej Bazela, professors of Social and Political Environment, and Enrique Taracena, José Antonio Dávila, and Luis Bonner, professors of General Management.
Alejandro Fontana, Dean of the PAD School of Management of the University of Piura, gave the welcoming remarks at the kick-off session. “Each of us come from different regions with our own traditions, territory, political reality, and social context,” said Dr. Fontana. “However, each school that forms part of this program has the same ultimate purpose: we believe that our role is to help members of the business community understand that their primary focus must be on supporting people’s wellbeing and contributing to the ongoing development of society.”
The select group of entrepreneurs, CEOs, and company presidents participating in the 2020 LATAM Senior Leadership Summit includes representatives from companies such as Coca-Cola, Lockton, Kenworth, Deloitte, Oracle, Sky Airline, Sura, Santander, and others.
The program offers participants a unique opportunity to engage with different perspectives and explore relevant issues that will impact the future of business, as well as to work together to establish effective strategies that will help reactivate the economy in Latin America.
