Enrique Perezyera (President & CEO of Microsoft Mexico) held on May 28, 2020 a remote session with participants, graduates and professors of IPADE. Invited by the Innovation and Technology Club participants of the Full-Time MBA Program), Enrique offered a session entitled “Digital transformation and business resilience: leadership in the face of change.”
Pablo Buitrón (professor of Personnel Management and deputy director of the Career Management Center), thanked Enrique for his presence. Later Rafael Gómez Nava (general director of IPADE) recognized Enrique’s career:

During his session, the director of Microsoft in Mexico shared his perspectives on the digital transformation that companies will experience as a result of the current pandemic. He also insisted on the position that leaders must adopt to adapt to this circumstance and take it as an opportunity for change: “The challenges that the virus has imposed on us at the global level have shaken the roots of business, governments and educational institutions. “, he pointed.
Perezyera also pointed out the role of technological adaptation at this time: “Digital media have given us the possibility of being more efficient. The future of the world is digital, the faster we move in that direction, the better we will capitalize on the opportunities presented by the markets ”. The conversation with the 400 connected attendees concluded with a question and answer session in which the dialogue with Enrique was deepened.
This session was the result of the initiative of the Innovation and Technology Club that aims to establish contact between MBA participants with the most outstanding leaders and companies in this sector.
