Within the context of the ongoing pandemic, IPADE implemented the Navigating Global Reinvention Program for participants from its Full-Time MBA program. As part of the program, international executives shared their perspectives and experiences with members of the Classes of 2021 and 2022.
The program included a focus on various topics, including:
- Reinventing and transforming organizations
- Managing uncertainty and encouraging resilience
- Ensuring customer trust by renewing your value proposition
- Optimizing production and supply chains to the “new normal”
- Managing costs and liquidity
Invited speakers included Alberto Levy, Professor of Business Creation at IE Business School; Carlos Rodríguez-lluesma, Professor of Human Resources and Organizations Management at IESE Business School; Pablo Sartor, Professor of Decision Analysis at IEEM Business School; and Riaz Khadem, President and CEO of Infotrac.
Cultural organizations and academic institutions from around the world also participated in the event, including Wild Earth Safari, Institute of Management Technology – Ghaziabad, the Saxum Foundation , Lagos Business School, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
