As part of the innovative recruitment strategies, the Final of the 6th Global Case Competition took place in IPADE Mexico campus on February 4 and 5, 2016. On behalf of Deloitte Salvador Hernández, Strategy and Operations Partner; Carlos García, Strategy and Operations Partner; Froylan Campos, Strategy and Operations Partner; Fernando Jiménez, Strategy and Operations Manager, attended the event.
Novartis was represented by Elizabeth Gonzalez Cisneros, Talent Management, OD & Learning Manager Pharmaceuticals; Luisa Centeno, Leadership Development & HRBP Pharmaceuticals; Roberto Romero Soto, Talent Management Manager LatAm Alcon; Fragoso Bárbara Meraz, HR Business Partner Pharmaceuticals; Rocío Gonzalez, HR Business Partner Pharmaceuticals; Diana Galván, Organizational Development & Culture Chief Pharmaceuticals; Axim Valenzuela, Pharma HR Head; Natalia Sainz, HR Business Partner Pharmaceuticals; and Pablo Narváez, CFO México.
After the awards ceremony, Ernesto Bolio Barajas, Full-time MBA corporate director stated, “These days it is not enough to be a profitable company, it is also important to consider being competitive, responsible, global and people-oriented, facing the society and the world in which we live. Therefore, IPADE has this commitment with the formation of its graduates.”
The Global Case Competition is a contest organized by IPADE with the sponsorship of Deloitte México and Novartis with the purpose of enhancing the strategic skill of the Full-Time MBA participants and support innovative recruitment in the sponsoring companies. In this 6th edition there were 47 participants coming from Mexico City and Monterrey campuses, as well as from foreign business schools such as Darden School of Business, Telfer School of Management, Tuck School of Business, IESE Business School and IAE Business School.
