Recently, the Career Service Office (CEDIC) of the Full-Time MBA (MEDE) Program welcomed representatives from 32 top companies to IPADE’s Mexico City campus for a recruitment and networking event. Hosted annually, this event offers participating companies the opportunity to learn more about the MEDE program and engage with the IPADE participants that are interested in potentially joining their teams.
Gabriela Avalos Gibert, director of the Mexico City CEDIC, opened the evening with brief remarks: “We’re pleased to welcome you all here tonight, and we’d like to thank you for your longstanding commitment to and trust in IPADE’s graduates.”
Ernesto Bolio Barajas, director of the MEDE Program, shared highlights about the MEDE program, as well as details about the profile of the MEDE Class of 2021 and the recruitment needs of the participating companies.
“We’re all going through this process of transformation, and there are many challenges,” said Mr. Bolio. “We hope that this space serves as an opportunity for you as representatives of the business community to share your needs with IPADE, along with the expectations you have for the participants who will eventually join your organizations.”
Following these remarks, Pablo Buitrón Morales, professor in the Human Resources Management Department and deputy director of the CEDIC, facilitated a session using the case method. The evening concluded with a networking event for the 79 members of the Class of 2021 and the representatives from the participating companies.
